What we will and will not join.

Each engagement starts with a short statement of the problem. The work then takes a different shape depending on whether you need a contract, a store, a programme of build, a payment path, or a calm piece of advice.

API development and integration

Separate systems only earn their keep if they can exchange the few facts a trading day depends on: product, stock, price, payment, customer, dispatch.

We design and implement those interfaces. The work includes computer systems design, custom programming where the platform will not bend, and the documentation a later engineer can use without a guided tour.

What the work usually includes

  • Mapping sources of truth for catalogue, inventory and orders
  • Event contracts for checkout, capture, refund and fulfilment
  • Payment gateway, CRM and cloud service connections
  • Authentication, roles and a readable audit trail
  • Failure behaviour agreed before the first busy weekend

We will not wrap five tools in a sixth so that a diagram looks complete. If two systems should not talk, we will say so.

E-commerce solutions and online store development

A store is a selling system. It has to present the catalogue, take payment, reserve stock and tell someone to pack.

We build and extend digital commerce platforms for retail trade, catalogue and mail-order houses, and miscellaneous retail operations. Retail software development sits beside the storefront: the unglamorous tools that keep the public site honest.

Mobile commerce applications are included when the same contracts must be read on a smaller surface — not as a separate product with a private version of the truth.

03 · Capabilities

Custom computer programming and web applications

Packaged platforms run most of a modern shop. The remaining work is the path they cannot express: a pricing rule, a fulfilment exception, a marketplace constraint, a report the board will actually use.

Service layers

Small applications that sit between commerce, stock and finance without becoming a new monolith.

Internal tools

Screens for people who pick, refund and reconcile — designed around the job, not around a dashboard fashion.

Marketplace logic

Seller, listing and order rules that belong in one place so channels cannot drift.

Data movement

Feeds and events that a human can trace when a SKU goes missing on a Thursday.

Web applications

Operational sites with clear forms, boring reliability and room to change a field later.

Restraint

If a spreadsheet already holds the truth, we will not replace it for sport.

04 · Process

Payments, inventory and the customer record

Payment gateway integration, inventory management systems and CRM solutions are treated as one sequence. Money, stock and the person who paid have to describe the same order.

1 · Capture the fact

What was bought, at what price, with which tender, against which stock position.

2 · Move it once

Payment events, reservations and customer updates travel as named steps, not as overnight mystery files.

3 · Make failure visible

A declined card or a missing SKU should land on a queue a person already watches.

4 · Leave it operable

Refunds, replacements and CRM notes use the same contract. No private back door.

05 · Calm

IT consulting and cloud computing

Sometimes the useful work is a decision. Which platform should own the catalogue. Whether a cloud service is earning its keep. Which integration can wait a season.

Computer-related consulting from NAEEM MIRZA LTD is short, written and specific to the operation in front of us. Cloud computing services follow the same rule: host what must be available, and do not decorate the architecture.
